The questions we get
- Where do I track an order or start a return?
- Through Amazon. Every Grazeline order is placed and fulfilled there, so tracking, returns and refunds all run through your Amazon account — it's faster than anything we could do from this side.
- My fence is weak. What do I check first?
- Test the energizer on its own, with the fence lead disconnected. If it reads strong, the unit is fine and the fault is out on the line — nearly always vegetation, grounding, or a splice. The troubleshooting guide walks the sequence in the order that eliminates the most at each step.
- How do I join two rolls?
- Metal-to-metal connectors, matched to the conductor: rope connectors for polybraid, full-width buckle connectors for tape, proper clamps for polywire. A knot joins plastic to plastic, and it will read fine on day one.
- How do I make a warranty claim?
- Send us your Amazon order number, the roll it concerns, and a photo of the failure. The claim procedure is being formalised alongside the full warranty document; in the meantime a message with those three things is enough to start.
- Do you sell energizers, posts or insulators?
- Not yet. Rather than send you to a link we don't have, every tool on this site prints the specification to look for instead — energizer joules, ground rod count, insulator type — so you can buy the right thing locally.
- Do you ship outside the United States?
- Availability follows the Amazon listings. If a listing ships to you, we ship to you; if it doesn't, we don't have a way around it yet.
